Dubai has been home to Diana for almost 30 years. It is the city where she studied, grew and built her career, and it shapes the way she thinks about how people live, work and gather indoors.
Going her own way
Diana began her career inside larger companies. The work was good, but she kept noticing what was missing: the personal touch, and the feeling that the client was truly part of the process.
At 25, she decided to do something about it. She set out on her own, with no team and no guarantees, to build a studio around one idea: that clients deserve to be heard.
The gap she saw
Between what clients hoped for and what many small and medium studios offered, there was a gap. Intrio was built to close it.
Every project is a collaboration. The client's vision, habits and way of living lead the design, and the studio's job is to turn that into a space that feels like theirs.
Ten years of building
For the past ten years, Diana has turned her passion for design into something of her own. The journey was never only about creating beautiful spaces. It meant learning, evolving, taking risks and making difficult decisions.
Today Intrio has completed more than 75 projects across Dubai, from family homes to workplaces, salons, clinics and short stays, each one taken from first sketch through to handover.
The people with her
Intrio started with Diana's vision, but it grows through the people who believe in it with her. A site engineer who turns drawings into reality, a 3D visualizer who lets clients see a room before it exists, an office manager who keeps every project on track, and a marketing lead who tells the story behind the work.
Different talents, one vision: spaces the whole team is genuinely proud of.
What she hopes for
Diana hopes Intrio inspires people not only through the spaces it designs, but through the story behind them. To believe in their ideas, to trust their journey, and never to be afraid to build something that is truly their own.
